Preparation?
Each assignment is properly discussed with the customer in advance. This gives the customer a clear picture of what he / she can expect from 808GFX Studios. In the preliminary discussion, useful tips are also given where the customer can prepare himself.
Photostudio?
For sessions up to 4 people, it is possible to have a photo studio on location, for example at home provided sufficient space available, for the amount of € 50, – p / h on top of the costs for photography. For larger groups, permanent photo studios are used for the amount of € 75 p / h on top of the costs for photography.
My own ideas?
At 808GFX Studiosl much is possible. Own input and initiative is welcomed. Good consultation in advance is the success of a creative session. In short, tell us how you see it and what your wishes are. A preliminary discussion is ideal for making such wishes known.
The travel costs?
808GFX Studios uses no travel costs for a radius of 30 km around The Hague. For locations outside this range, a kilometer reimbursement of the actual number of kilometers from door to door (back and forth) of € 0.19 (excluding VAT).
What if it rains?
If an outdoor location has been chosen for the photo shoot, the weather will be monitored in advance as much as possible. In bad weather a new date will be planned in consultation with the customer if possible. Of course this depends on the type of assignment, so for a wedding the assignment will always be executed.
Payment?
The general terms and conditions apply to the general services provided by 808GFX Studios. When recording a photography assignment, 75% of the amount will be invoiced in advance. The remainder of 25% will be billed later, however, a week before delivery all of the work has to be paid.
